3282048 - User is Not in The Access Group

User PQR  belongs to cost center ABC which is assigned to organization unit 456, but this user are not in the access group id 456.

(PQR represents the User ID, ABC represents the Cost Center ID and 456 represents the Organization Unit ID)

 SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to the Application and User Management work center.
2. Select the Business Users View.
3. Search for the user PQR.
4. Click on the Edit  button and then the Access Right button.
5. Navigate to Access Restrictions tab.
6. Select the CRM_OPPORTUNITYTABLEVIEW.
7. Go to the Detailed Restriction sub tab.

We can see that there are users, however it is missing the users PQR

1. Go to the Organizational Management Work Center.
2. Select the Org Structures View.
3. Search for org unit 456.
4. Navigate to Employees.

We can see the user PQR is assigned to this organization.

For the user, CRM_OPPORTUNITYTABLEVIEW view is not assigned in work center and view assignment, so that the user is not able to see the CRM_OPPORTUNITYTABLEVIEW in access restriction.

1. Go to the Application and User Management work center.
2. Select the Business Users View.
3. Search for the user PQR.
4. Click on the Edit  button and then the Access Right button.
5. Navigate to Work Center and View Assignment tab.
6. Select the CRM_OPPORTUNITYTABLEVIEW.
7. Assign it to the user.
8. Save.

This will let the user be seeing in the Access Group.
