Symptom

When creating a new user with custom hire template, request can be submitted without filling required field.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Use custom hire template to create a new user
  2. Fill in all the necessary info and click on "Continue", proceed to job information portlet 
  3. Scroll up again, to personal information portlet or other portlets, click on "Edit" button
  4. Scroll down to job information portlet again and you can see "Submit button" is available (but for standard templates, "Submit" button would NOT be available until you proceed to last hris element in New Hire Wizard)
  5. Click on "Submit" and user is created without filling data for job information portlet

Cause

This is a defect.

Resolution

This issue would be fixed in 2305 release.
