Referrer name in candidate profile history showing as "System (System)" instead of referrer name when the candidate was referred in Internal Career Site powered by CSB

2. Select any job and click on refer a friend and enter the details
3. Go to Recruiting>Candidates
4. Search for the new candidate's profile
5. Click on history
6. Under the "Changed By" column, it says "System (System)" and Source is "OData"

This behavior is actually expected, since the v4admin user got sunset and technical user adoption took place. This change has been implemented more than a year back.

Whenever there is a referral made via ICS powered by CSB, (i.e. RMK RCM integration comes into action) 'technical user' is the user which actually invokes the OData API. Since this 'technical user' is not an actual user holding a user sysinfo record, we see System (System) rather than a blank user and in the source we see OData. In fact, before this change also, it used to show something like "System (System) v4admin" since we were using v4admin to invoke the OData APIs. But with the sunset of v4admin and technical user implementation, this will show only "System (System)".

In Simple words, since the underlying API is invoked with technical user rather than v4admin, we will see System(System) in candidate history for a candidate referred via ICS powered by CSB.
