3282362 - Deleting Resume/Cover Letter as the Recruiting User - Recruiting Management

When accessing the Candidate Profile and/or the Job Application as the Recruiting User, it's not possible to delete the Resume file, only replace it, despite of having the correct permissions.

It's expected that a Recruiting User won't be able to delete the Resume from their view. Only Candidates themselves can delete the Resume. Recruiting User can only add or replace the files.
