3282483 - BW Query not getting refreshed consistently

Symptom

  • Data update scheduling is configured for the query at a daily interval so data should be refreshed daily into the SAC system at specific time.  However, the query does not refresh daily. In the details panel, the query only shows the refreshed message when the number of rows imports are more than the last time.

Environment

SAP Analytics Cloud

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Access any Model
  2. Data Management Tab
  3. Select the query and click on schedule settings
  4. Set Frequency as Repeating, Recurrence as Daily and Select the Start Date and End Date and click on Save. Schedule will be set.

Resolution

  • The issue is currently under investigation by Development
