Symptom
‘Forgot your Password?’ requiring email address instead of username when ‘Use email as external applicant user ID’ is not enabled in Company Settings.

Reproducing the Issue
(Instance configuration: ‘Use email as external applicant user ID’ is not enabled in Provisioning > Company Settings)
1. Got to career site
2. Click Search Jobs
3. From Job listed, click ‘Select Action > Express Intent’ or ‘Sign In’
4. Click ‘Forgot your Password?’
5. Enter username
6. System will have a message ‘Please enter valid email.’
Resolution
This issue has been reported as part of the 2H 2022 release, our Engineering team is investigating the root cause and solution.
