SAP Knowledge Base Article - PublicSymptom
The Internal Job History portlet is configured as expected, with a rule assigned to it. However, the records in the profile are not being filtered according to the rule.

Cause
The rule is configured with the expression "is not equal to" in the IF condition.
Resolution
The rule to Display Internal Job History only supports the expression "is equal to".
It is not possible to filter the Internal Job History records by exclusion. Please select in the rule only the fields that you want to include in the portlet.
