SAP Knowledge Base Article - PublicSymptom
After converting some stories to "Optimized Design Experience", performance issues started when attempting to open them.
In some instances, these stories never load at all.
The behavior is not consistent. Some users have the stories load right away and others face this issue regularly.
A previous not-converted version of the stories open successfully.
Environment
SAP Analytics Cloud 2022.21.11
Reproducing the Issue
Not-Working Scenario
Open the optimized story and face the slowness to open it
Working scenario
Open the non-optimized story and confirm that is opens successfully.
Cause
The issue is under investigation by development team
