The "Refer Friend to Job" shows when the job is posted both internally and externally. Will it also work if the job is posted through privately?

It is not possible to enable "Refer Friend to Job" feature for jobs posted through Internal or External Private Posting option.

Private postings are not available to everyone and can be accessed only by the candidates to whom the link is provided. In this scenario, such privately posted jobs cannot be referred to friends.
