The "Refer Friend to Job" shows when the job is posted both internally and externally. Will it also work if the job is posted through External Private Posting option?

It is not possible to enable "Refer Friend to Job" feature for jobs posted through External Private Posting option.

Private postings is not available to every one and can be accessed only by the candidates to whom the link is provided. In this scenario, such privately posted jobs cannot be referred to friends.
