SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management - All Versions
Resolution
It is not possible to add 'Refer a job to a Friend option' for external private posting.
Private postings is not available to every one and can be accessed only by the candidates to whom the link is provided. In such scenario, such jobs cannot be referred to friends.
