3282584 - How to deactivate Help & Tutorials icon

Symptom

You want to deactivate Help & Tutorials icon for all users, but the button always shows "Enable it Now"

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Help & tutorials is enabled
  2. Go to Employee Profile
  3. Click on the Help & Tutorials icon
  4. The message says "This page is currently disabled for all users."

Despite the feature is already enabled, the message says it is disabled and the button says "Enable it now"

Cause

Since this feature will be deprecated on November 15th 2024, no RCA will be provided by engineering team.

Resolution

Workaround:

In order to disable this feature, ignore the message and click on the "Enable it now" button until it displays the message "Disable it now" then you can disable the feature.
