What is the flow of Rehire with Old Employment (ROOE)?

Resolution

Initiation from RCM:

  1. Candidate is initiated from recruiting
  2. Candidate enters rehire flow and is available in Perform Rehire Verification To Do
  3. Can accept as rehire on old employment here or continue as new hire
  4. I continue as new hire
  5. Complete New Hire Data Review Step (NHDR)
  6. Complete New Hire Activities (NHA)
  7. Candidate completed Personal Data Collection (PDC)
  8. Candidate enters second rehire check
  9. Candidate is available in Perform Rehire Verification To Do
  10. Accept Rehire as Rehire with Old Employment (ROOE)
  11. New Process object is created 
  12. For ROOE New Hire Data Review and Personal Data collection step is skipped
  13. New Process starts with Additional Data Collection and New Hire Activities
  14. If NHA were completed before 2nd rehire check they will have to be completed again if accepted as ROOE.

Initiation from Manual Onboarding: 

  1. Candidate is initiated from Manual Onboarding
  2. First Rehire check is skipped, New Hire Data Review is triggered (if applicable within the Process Variant)
  3. Complete New Hire Data Review Step (NHDR)
  4. Complete New Hire Activities (NHA)
  5. Candidate completed Personal Data Collection (PDC)
  6. Candidate enters second rehire check
  7. Candidate is available in Perform Rehire Verification To Do
  8. Accept Rehire as Rehire with Old Employment (ROOE)
  9. New Process object is created 
  10. For ROOE New Hire Data Review and Personal Data collection step is skipped
  11. New Process starts with Additional Data Collection and New Hire Activities
  12. If NHA were completed before 2nd rehire check they will have to be completed again if accepted as ROOE.

Initiation from External ATS:

  1. Candidate is initiated from External ATS with the Hire Type as Rehire with Old Employment
  2. There is no Rehire Check since the candidate is already initiated with hire type as Rehire with Old Employment
  3. Complete New Hire Data Review Step (NHDR) 
  4. Complete New Hire Activities (NHA)
  5. Candidate completed Personal Data Collection (PDC)
  6. If the onboarding process is restarted, the candidate will have to complete all the steps as configured in the Process Variant Manager
  7. In conclusion, if the candidate is initiated from External ATS with the hire type as Rehire on Old Employment, the process is similar to that of the external new hire candidate
