Localized Biographical Information is not visible on New Hire Screen and Rehire Screen.

1. Check the employee profile and you will be able to check the "Localized User Identification": 

2. When you go to the New Hire or Rehire Screen, you are not able to see the "Localized User Identification":

 

This is an expected behavior, as described in the SAP Guide. The "Localized Biographical Information" is not visible on New Hire Screen or Rehire Screen. 

• The Localized Biographical Information is configured for your country/region.
• The Biographical Information block is added to the People Profile portlet.
