3283106 - VL02n posts delivery with zero value without cost estimate

Symptom

  • Transaction VL02n posts PGI delivery document without cost estimate even though the material was created with price control "S" and material ledger is active with zero value.
  • Unable to check when posting delivery document if cost estimate exists for each material as it doesn't show error message CKCC113 "cost estimate does not exist".
