3283138 - SAP Cloud ALM Troubleshooting : Business Processing Monitoring Issues

Symptom

  1. No Data in Business Process Monitoring for S4HANA system.
    And in the Health Monitoring of SAP Cloud ALM, the metric "KPI Collection Status" displays the message "Data collected incompleted: <target system>"

  2. No Filter available to select System specific Business Process Monitoring

  3. For some reason Critical Throughput KPIs for Order to Cash are not activated. Manual activation did not work.

  4. Unable to add BPM in use case while creating services in landscape management in Cloud ALM.

  5. There are only the standard core ERP processes visible in Cloud ALM Business Process monitoring and KPI, however, processes for the embedded SCM components are needed.

  6. There is no data for  “Sales Documents Created” and “Sales Documents Items Created” under Overview/Lead to Cash/ Order to Cash/Manage Customer Order

  7. There are "EXPORT_TOO_MUCH_DATA", "TSV_TNEW_PAGE_ALLOC_FAILED" or "SYSTEM_NO_ROLL" dumps related to /SDF/CL_CRBPA_DC_CONTROLLER in the SAP ERP or S/4HANA system which is connected with SAP Cloud ALM for Business Process Monitoring.

  8. SAP S/4 HANA Cloud system is displayed as Not Configured and Runtime Status Not Applicable.
