3283164 - Downloaded Email Template doesn't show expected language

When downloading email templates, only English templates can be downloaded, even if the target language templates (not in English) are already translated in the preview screen

SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite

1. Navigate to Admin Center > Email notification template settings
2. Select a notification from the list on the left
3. On the right panel, select another locale from the drop down menu and click "switch to", the Body and Subject of the email are translated in the expected locale in the preview screen
4. Click “download’ at the right bottom
5. The downloaded file shows English template but not the expected language

It is required to change any words in the expected language template, otherwise Only English template can be downloaded

Change any words in the expected language template than use the right Character Encoding to download
