  1. No entries or Cloud Services can be seen in the Business Service Management application.

  7. What are the manual steps required on a CPI system to configure it for BSM and event metrics?

  8. Why is there an entry in Business Service Management for "Service Degradation" which is listed as Not SLA Relavant?
