- Is there a way to identify if the external candidate has duplicate account ?

- Is there a way to identify if external candidate has existing contract role in the organization?

As per the current system design, there is no configuration to identify if the external user has multiple duplicate external profiles.

Also, you can verify if the external user is internal with the primary email address, however, the candidate can create multiple candidates with different email ids and there is currently no means to control this behavior from the candidate's end.

The workaround here is to ask the candidate in the pre-screening/ application form if they ever worked in the organization as a contractor/permanent role.
