3283449 - UUID Appearing Instead of Account or Owner in Opportunity Quick Create When Document Type is Not Selected

You are creating an opportunity and if you do not select its document type when you select an Account or Owner (parties) quick create shows the UUID of the selection you made.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to the Sales work center.
2. Open the Opportunities work center view.
3. Click in the + button.
4. In the quick create pop-up, click in the Account/Owner OVS.
5. Select an entry (you will notice selection is not concluded).
6. Click in the X button to close OVS.
7. You notice an UUID (several alphanumerical characters) in the Account/Owner field.
8. Now select an option in the document type drop-down menu.

The UUIDs will become descriptive, showing the name of the account/owner.

Document Type is a central field for the application - no backend logics are fully processed without the document type selected first.

Make sure to first select a document type to see a proper behavior in the other fields of the opportunity quick create pop-up.
