Is it possible to segregate the OnInit Rule feature between Onboarding 2.0 process steps?

It's not possible to isolate OnInit feature between Onboarding, the switch responsible for the enablement of the feature do not offer alternative for an specific step of the Onboarding Process.

For Manage Pending Hires the feature is enabled regardless of the switch.
