Selection criteria is not applied as a filter for the resultant export file in Export Master Data - Products App.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud.

1. Open App Export Master Data-Products.
2. Maintain a selection criteria using the option "Select Specific Fields".
3. Select Products for a Particular Plant.
4. Press Export.
5. Open Excel file.

Indicator 'Use Selection Criteria as Filter' is not marked.

If selection criteria needs to be applied as a filter for the resultant export file, mark the Use Selection Criteria as Filter indicator. 

Example:

Enter the following selection Criteria for a product:

Field	Operator	Value
Material Number (MARA-MATNR)	contains	AB0000*
Plant (MARC-WERKS)	contains	0001

If the Use Selection Criteria as Filter is not marked the following data is visible on the MARC - Plant Data tab:

AB00002	0001
AB00003	0001
AB00001	0002
AB00001	0003

For AB00001 the plant 0001 data and also the plant 0002 and 0003 data is exported.

If the Use Selection Criteria as Filter is marked the following data is visible on the MARC - Plant Data tab:

AB00001	0001
AB00002	0001
AB00003	0001

For AB00001 only the plant 0001 data is exported.
