3283834 - Popup "Screen output without connection to user" in transaction /SAPAPO/CQ or /SAPAPO/CC in SCM system

Symptom

You run transaction /SAPAPO/CQ or /SAPAPO/CC in your SCM APO system and you try to display the application log. You try to display the QRFC queues and you get the Popup "Screen output without connection to user" .
