3283906 - Error "Import Connection Name failed to refresh because the schema of data source has been changed" is occurring while importing a public dimension in SAC tenant after repointing its connection to a different DB

• Import job fails with following error: "Import Connection Name failed to refresh because the schema of data source has been changed" for an exported public dimension and its associated connection via Content Network or File System from a tenant A to a tenant B. 
• Behavior only occurring after repointing the dimension's connection to a different DB
