3283932 - Mass Convert Leads to Accounts

You would like to know if it is possible to mass convert Leads to Accounts in Leads OWL.

 SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to Sales Workcenter.
2. Navigate to Leads view.
3. Select two (or more) Leads.
4. In Status dropdown list, the option Converted isn't available.

At the moment, we have not supported mass convert to account from OWL screen.

Also, changing of status is also not allowed from OWL screens.

This is the current expected behavior of SAP Cloud for Customer.
