3284002 - Change author in Story report gives Error when trying to Save second time.

Symptom

Error message pop up after changing the author in story report

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite
    • Analytics & Reporting (Ad Hoc, YouCalc, ORD)
      •  People Analytics (Analytics Cloud for SF) 

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Login to instance and navigate to Report center
  2. Click the Action menu for a Story Report and change the author to a new one and save
  3. System will again show change author name and click save
  4. The system will acknowledge the change with the message 'The author name was changed successfully"
  5. Click okay and now error message appears
  6. Click okay, the author will be changed to new author

Resolution

Since author is already changed with first click and when we click second time it throws error. At present it is defect, it shouldn't allow to save second time once author is changed.
