3284056 - [Onboarding] WF Error when completing Additional Data Collection

After the candidate submits Custom MDF Object in Additional Data Collection and click next, it shows an error "com.successfactors.genericobject.app.exception.MDFSQLException: com.sap.db.jdbc.exceptions.JDBCDriverException: SAP DBTech JDBC: [259]: invalid table name: Could not find table/view WF_REQUEST in schema SFV4_STOCKPM210010_E: line 1 col 143 (at pos 142)"

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

• Onboarding custom data collection does not support workflow requests
• The field "Pending Data" in custom MDF objects should not be enabled for onboarding objects.
• If your configured workflow routing needs approval, and you want data changes to take effect only if approved, set this field to Yes. The changes in the application will only be approved if the workflow is approved. Also, you can no longer make further changes to these records unless workflow is approved or rejected. But since we do not support workflow, you have to set this field value to "No"

• Go to Configure Object Definition > Find the custom MDF Objects associated with Onboarding
• Click on Take Action > Make Correction
• Set "Pending Data" to "No"
