3284098 - Charts do not display data when using Optimized Story Experience in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

• When the story is converted to Optimized Design Experience, some charts or a complete page does not load any data and shows "Failed to fetch data" error message. 
  
  
• Overall, performance issues can be observed, and the charts either display some data after loading for long time or the charts do not display any data.

• SAP Analytics Cloud (Enterprise) 2022.21.7
• Data Warehouse Cloud (DWC)

1. Logon to SAC.
2. Open a Story with Optimized Story Experience based on DWC Live Data Connection.
3. Notice that some charts are not displaying data. Either the charts show the loading status, or the "Failed to fetch data" error message.
