3284166 - No Value help for WBS Element Field in Create Purchase Requisition APP

Symptom

In Create Purchase Requisition APP, at item level the WBS Element field is added using UI adopt but no F4 help is available

Environment

Cause

Standard system behaviour

Resolution

At item level for WBS element we cannot have the value help. Value help will be available only at account assignment level.
