The standard column 'Is Primary Employment' not available to report in the Report center.

1. Create a new Canvas Advanced reporting.
2. Check if any table contains the column 'Is Primary Employment' standard field.

This is an expected behavior.
It is not possible to report on 'Is primary Employment' in the Adanced reporting.

Create a new custom field in Job Information object to understand which is the primary employment, maintain data for new field for all employees.
Once the data and config of the field is maintained, you will be able to see new field in the Advanced reporting.
