3284322 - Show Me and Insights are not supported in Latest Version of Goal Management

Symptom

When accessing Goal Management tab, the buttons for Insights and Show Me feature where user can upload a video is not appearing.

Environment

Product version: SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite Core 2211
Sold product: Successfactors Goal Management Module

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Home > Objectives
  2. Notice that there is no button for Insights nor Show Me

Cause

Show Me and Insights are not supported in the Latest Goals, this is the expected behaviour.

Resolution

This feature is not included since it is not strictly owned by Goals, it is more of a generic suite-wide feature.
