3284387 - Mandatory Picklist can be saved as No Selection with in the candidate application.

The operator is able to change a required picklist field on the application to No Selection and save the application with no validation checks.

Limitation of multistage applications confirmed by Product Management. 

In the application template the field is set to Required = False. The required permission is set with in the job requisition template with in the permission block. As the system is using multistage the permissions for the application are defined in the job requisition template.

When the required = true is configured for the application permission in the job req template the system does not validate the picklist if the value is removed and set to no selection.
