3284646 - Documentation for Reports and Data Sources is Not Opening

Symptom

You are trying to open the documentation for reports and data sources.

Environment

SAP Business ByDesign
SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

1. Go to Business Analytics Work Center
2. Go to Design Reports/Design Data Sources view
3. Click the documentation icon, (via magnifying glass icon) for any report or data source
4. The documentation does not open, a blank screen is displayed

Cause

We are currently having an issue with the documentation feature. Development are aware and are currently working on a fix.

Resolution

Note: The functionality will be available in a future release / hotfix collection, approximately January 19th 2023.

In the meantime, please contact support for business critical requirements only, with the names of the data sources and/or field names for which we can help with.
