  • You have created sales orders in backend, the Customer Reference field (VBKD-BSTKD) was also maintained
  • You try to display the Customer Reference column in Sales Volume – Flexible Analysis App, but for some orders it is not appearing, even though the field has been maintained in the sales order header data
