3284781 - After updating MESSAGING component some PI Services are not starting

• You have updated your Process Integration (PI) or Process Orchestration (PO) system software e.g. due to CVE vulnerability documented in the below notes: 
  
  • SAP Security Note 3267780 [CVE-2022-41271] Improper access control in SAP NetWeaver AS Java (Messaging System)
  • SAP Security Note 3273480 [CVE-2022-41272] Improper access control in SAP NetWeaver AS Java (User Defined Search)
• You may or may not have already calculated the software dependencies for the MESSAGING component
• The AS Java Core Component ENGINEAPI is on a lower version than that documented in Note 3147498 Improper Access Control check in SAP NetWeaver basicadmin and adminadapter services
• After completion of the update, there are some issues noticed in the system which may include:
  • some PI Services are not started
  • you get a 503 Service Unavailable when accessing the PIMON (Configuration and Monitoring Home from PI start page)
  • you observe exceptions in the defaultTrace files similar to: 
    Global [startApp] operation of application [sap.com/com.sap.xi.mdt.beans] finished with errors for [1] ms on server process [21456987] [
