3285026 - Error uploading xml templates in Provisioning or when saving Recruit-to-Hire Data mapping in Admin Center

There are 2 issues that have the same cause:

First issue: 

Error uploading xml templates in Provisioning.

The system encountered error(s) when importing the template.
Errors Validating Recruiting Template:

Wrapped Exception: DAOException caught in TemplateEJB: SAP DBTech JDBC: [21]: persistence error: exception 70029072: Failed to read DISK_NCLOB:3:1091202145940 while using outdated snapshot; $STORAGEOBJECT$=DISK_NCLOB:3:1091202145940

Second issue:

When saving the Recruit-to-Hire Data mapping page an application error occurs: 

An application error occurred. Please try again later, or notify support (with the error information of errorId=48c74bb8-dd31-4f2a-b9b4-c6f9c226af31, timestamp=2022-12-28T08:37:26.865+0000, and the version information from the current screen) if the issue keeps occurring.
