3285066 - Required information for analyzing issues with the Security Audit Log (AS ABAP)

A problem/issue with the Security Audit Log (SAL) can be seen and a case at SAP Support need to be opened therefore.
It is not know what information are necessary for analyzing the issue on SAP Support side.
Furthermore for speeding up the processing of the problem/issue the right and relevant information need to be provided to the SAP Support.

SAP BASIS 750 to 754 AND if the old SAL environment (relevant T-Codes in the old environment are SM19, SM20, RSAU_SELECT_EVENTS, SM18) is used
