3285112 - ESS Time Off UI Does Not Default Future Date if no Time information is Assigned Today

User selects a date in the calendar of the ESS Time Off UI (Actions search "View my time off"), where no Time Profile is assigned in the Job Information.

Afterwards, when the user clicks the "Create Absence" button, the start date will be the current selected date in the calendar and not the future date, where the employee has a Time Profile assigned.
