When use the API below with command 'putProperty' to put customer properties into a Commerce Cloud environment, this works to set the property. However, the property does not appear to be applied automatically with a rolling restart. Seems still need to click the apply configuration button from cloud portal. How to trigger the properties to apply via the API?
