Symptom

During SAP system upgrade with SUM, face error at phase MAIN_NEWBAS/PARMVNT_APPL_VIEWS. 

The phase log (PARMVNT_APPL_VIEWS.LOG) shows below error message:

2EETQ399 Found xx not handled entries with MODEFLAG ' '
4 ETQ010 Date & Time: <date/time>
1EETQ399 Last error code set is: Found 2 not handled entries
1EETQ203 Upgrade phase "PARMVNT_APPL_VIEWS" aborted with errors (“<date/time>")
