3285343 - [2H 2022] Deeplink issue in Onboarding Guided Experience - SAP SuccessFactors Work Zone

Symptom

  • Deeplink on the Onboarding Guided Experience open the Company Id page in SuccessFactors, instead of the expected Onboarding page.

Reproducing the Issue

  • Access the Onboarding Guided Experience in SuccessFactors Work Zone.
  • Go to the Fill Out Paperwork step.
  • Go to the Compliance forms tab.
  • It is supposed to navigate the user to the corresponding Onboarding Compliance Forms page.
  • Instead it opens the SuccessFactors "Enter Company Id" page.
     

Cause

This is known issue due to the Onboarding API returning deeplinks to Work Zone that do not have the Company Id parameter.

Resolution

The issue with the Onboarding deeplink is targeted to be fixed in the b2305 release (1H 2023).

Until then, as workaround, users will need to manually login to SuccessFactors and navigate to the Onboarding Compliance Form page.
