3285363 - Error: "Period not valid; parent node only valid from DD.MM.YYYY to DD.MM.YYYY" when Replicating the Employee

You are trying to replicate Employees in the Master Data Replication work center, however the system shows the error messages below:

Period not valid; parent node only valid from DD.MM.YYYY to DD.MM.YYYY

Save failed

 SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to the Master Data Replication work center.
2. Go to the Employees view.
3. Search for Remote Employee ID XYZ.
4. Then following error occurs

Period not valid; parent node only valid from DD.MM.YYYY to DD.MM.YYYY
Save failed

This is due to the organisational centre ABC being delimited, and the replication request is trying to assign this Org Unit from DD.MM.YYYY to DD.MM.YYYY

You need to correct the organisational data to reflect correct validities for the period that they are assigning the Organisation to employees.

The Replication request needs to have the correct validities ranges for the Organisation data assignments.
