3285385 - How to set the permission access only to Business Phone?

Since it is possible to control the access of complete phone information, is it also possible to control access to permission for Business Phone only?

According to the system behavior, it is not possible to select a permission access to the 'Phone Information' subfields (as Business Phone).
You can only grant the permission for the entire Phone Information portlet.
