3285386 - "UserObjectType No row with the given identifier exists" Purge Error

Error "UserObjectType No row with the given identifier exists" when attempting to purge users.

SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite 

1. Go to Data Retention Management
2. Click the button "Create New Purge request"
3. Select the type of request "Purge Inactive User"
4. Select the users to be purged
5. Add an approver
6. Once that the request is approved (in Purge Request Monitor) then download report showing completed with errors

Emergency contacts have to be deleted from the given users.

First, customer should try below steps:

1. Go to issued users
2. Navigate to Emergency Contact portlet
3. Delete address under the emergency contacts and add new dummy address
4. Save changes
5. Retry the purge

If not possible, please report a case under LOD-SF-PLT-DRM component with this KBA so the support team can proceed with the script to remove the affected users Emergency contacts.
