3285439 - No able to change the sold-to party via the change IDOC (Message type ORDCHG)

Symptom

When you try to pass the new customer number by segment E1EDKA1-PARTN via IDOC to change the sold-to party of one existing document, you are not able to modify the sold-to party.

You may also get the error message VG217 as "Order could not be determined using xxxx xxx xxxx".
