Symptom
Inside First Advantage Background Check Integration Settings > Candidate Profile, the field "CandidateId" does not appear to be mapped, despite being defined in the Candidate Profile XML template.
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management
Reproducing the Issue
- Admin Center > First Advantage Background Check Integration Settings;
- On the left side column, select Candidate Profile;
- Candidate ID field is not available on any mapping.
Resolution
Most of all fields from the Candidate Profile XML template will appear under the First Advantage Background Check Integration Settings page to be mapped but some fields, like "candidateId" will not be available.
