3285692 - Document Name Grayed for Sender Country Israel

 You cannot open a document name since the document name is grayed out and inactive.

SAP Business ByDesign

navigate to the

1. Customer invoicing work center.
2. View Invoice document and open the invoice
3. Here navigate to the output history and Select the document name.

As this was a requirement for sender country Israel.

This is the expected behaviour in case of Israel as sender country.

We disable the preview link for the original document.

The document can be previewed using the Preview button.
