3285832 - New Hire Data Review tasks that are not visible to the user or do not have "Start" button - Onboarding

• New Hire Data Review Tasks are not visible to the user even though all permissions are granted.
• Do not have "Start" button on the Onboarding Dashboard for New Hire Data Review Task.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Login as New Hire Data Review responsible user;
2. Go to Onboarding Dashboard, observe that New Hire Data Review task or the start button is invisible;
3. The New Hire Data Review to-do card appears in home page.

The permissions are granted and user group to perform the task is defined by rule(Scenario: Assign a Responsible Group for Data Review).

The rule assigns a group but the user is not currently in the responsible group.

The user is not the assignee of the New Hire Data Review task.

Missing required permission.

By creating a business rule, you can set up conditions to assign the New Hire Data Review. Guide for your reference: Assigning the New Hire Data Review Task to a Responsible Group

Then please go to Onboarding General Settings > Responsible Groups to confirm if the user is part of the responsible groups. Make sure the affected user is under "Users", "Dynamic Groups" or "Roles".

Make sure the user's permission role has been granted ''Onboarding or Offboarding Object Permissions -> Process Responsible view/edit'' permission.
