3285878 - Error 4997 when running instbaldr.sql - SAP ASE

• Recently applied a new release of ASE and running updated scripts, specifically instbaldr.sql
• The script produces an error:
  Msg 4997, Level 16, State 1:
  Server 'sp04', Line 1:
  ALTER TABLE 'saptools..AMC_REPO_SERVER' failed. Default clause is required in
  order to add non-NULL column 'CREATED_BY'.
  Msg 11050, Level 16, State 132:
  Server 'sp04', Line 1:
  Adaptive Server cannot process this ALTER TABLE statement due to one or more
  preceding errors. If there are no preceding errors, please contact SAP Technical
  Support.
