When running a report, there are job multiple requisitions that are created for a single position.

How to prevent creating several requisitions to 1 position?

This is expected behavior.

The Create Job Requisition button will be available in Position Org Chart once there is no active requisition created for the position. The system does not restrict the user to create a new requisition for a position once the previously linked requisition has already been closed or cancelled.
