3286059 - Table reports not visible when proxying

Symptom

User A proxying user B does not see Table reports built on Recruiting, Onboarding and Calibration domains listed in Report Center.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Login as A
  2. Proxy user B
  3. Go to Report Center
  4. No table Reports built using domains Recruiting, Onboarding or Calibration are visible.

Cause

Missing Proxy Rights for Reporting → Recruiting/Onboarding/Calibration domains for the proxying user.

Resolution

Grant user A permission to Recruiting/Onboarding/Calibration, in Proxy Management based on the Table reports that are to be visible when proxying user B.

  1. In Proxy Management, select
    • Who will act as the proxy A
    • Which account holder will the proxy act on behalf of: B
  2. Select Reporting 'All' or Reporting 'Custom' > select Table reports built on domains Recruiting, Onboarding or Calibration.
  3. Enter Start and End Date > Save
