3286086 - Groups are not updating on Manage Employee Groups or Manage Permission Groups

• How to add more than one category on People Pool for groups on Manage Employee Groups or Manage Permission Groups?
• Dynamic Groups are not updating on Manage Employee Groups with users that match the categories set on People Pool
• I added some categories on People Pool but groups are not updating

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

1. User's info was updated to met all the criteria in order to be added into the group
2. Go to Manage Employee Groups > Select the group
3. There is no member listed
4. When try the Update button also does not change

To have more than one category you have to create separate People Pool for each.

In case you create a People Pool with more than one category, the user must match all of the conditions set.

Note: same is valid to Manage Permission Groups
